SB2506: DCEO-ZONING TASK FORCE
Legislative Summary
Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with changes. Provides that the Task Force on Interjurisdictional Industrial Zoning Impacts shall include (i) one member who is a zoning and land use attorney, appointed by the President of the Senate and (ii) one member who is a zoning and land use attorney, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives (in the introduced bill, 2 members who are zoning and land use attorneys, appointed by the President of the Senate). Provides that the Task Force's report shall be submitted no later than August 1, 2027 (in the introduced bill, February 1, 2028). Effective immediately.
