SB2381: SEX OFFEND REG-VIDEO REC MINOR

Legislative Summary

Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Provides that a registrable sex offense includes the offense of unauthorized video recording and live video transmission, when the victim was a person under 18 years of age and the defendant was 18 years of age or older, the offense was sexually motivated as determined by the court consistent with the definition in the Sex Offender Management Board Act, and the offense was committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
