HB3821: INC TX-EDUCATION EXPENSE
Legislative Summary
Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that, for taxable years ending on or after December 31, 2025, the maximum amount of the education expense credit is $1,500 (currently, $750). Effective immediately.
