SB285: AN ACT relating to overlay districts.

Legislative Summary

Amend KRS 82.660 to prevent an overlay district established by a local government from prohibiting a property owner's ability to paint structures with traditional colors that exist on other structures within the same overlay district, unless it is a historical material that has not been painted previously or painting the material may cause damage.
