Legislative Summary

Prohibiting a person from committing motor vehicle offenses related to overtaking and passing vehicles, driving on the sidewalk, and reckless and negligent driving while operating a dirt bike; and establishing penalties of imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both for a violation of the Act.
