SB294: Health - Automated External Defibrillator, First Aid, and CPR - Requirements for Health Clubs

Legislative Summary

Requiring a health club to make available an automated external defibrillator on the premises of the health club; requiring a health club to have an employee on the premises who is certified in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation; and providing immunity from civil liability for employees of health clubs regarding the presence or use of or failure to use an automated external defibrillator.
