LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission, in consultation with the State Department of Agriculture and other stakeholders, to study and make recommendations on the classification and regulation of tetrahydrocannabinols, other than delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, and certain other manufactured products; etc.
