Legislative Summary
Establishing the Business Facade Improvement Program in the Department of Housing and Community Development to assist qualified businesses located in sustainable communities with improving the outside appearance of the qualified businesses' buildings or facilities; requiring the Department to develop an application process for political subdivisions seeking to participate in the Program; and requiring the Governor, beginning in fiscal year 2025, to include $5,000,000 in the annual budget bill for the Program.
