Legislative Summary

Extending the termination date of certain provisions of law that establish and govern the funding for the State-Based Young Adult Health Insurance Subsidies Pilot Program; and requiring the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, in consultation with the Maryland Insurance Administration, to conduct a study on available federal and State subsidies and report its findings and recommendations to certain committees of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2024.
