Establishing the Task Force to Study Public Information Act Requests Made to Law Enforcement to review costs charged and procedures applied by law enforcement agencies in relation to the disclosure of records requested under the Maryland Public Information Act; and requiring the Task Force to submit an interim report on or before December 31, 2024, and a final report on or before December 31, 2025, of its findings to the General Assembly.
