Requiring the Comptroller to develop and maintain on the Board of Public Works' website a procurement transparency data dashboard; establishing a governance committee composed of the liaisons to the Board from the offices of the Governor, the Comptroller, and the State Treasurer to review the contents of the dashboard for accuracy; requiring the Governor, beginning in fiscal year 2025, to include in the annual budget bill an amount necessary for one full-time position and software needed to develop and maintain the dashboard; etc.
