Establishing the Maryland Disability Service Animal Program in the Department of Disabilities to select one or more nonprofit training entities to participate in the Program and provide additional funding mechanisms to assist eligible individuals in the Program; requiring the Department to select at least one nonprofit training entity to develop and implement a training protocol and to select qualified participants; and establishing the Maryland Disability Service Animal Program Fund to pay a participating nonprofit training entity.
