Legislative Summary
Clarifying that a political subdivision may recover the cost of implementing and administering a stop sign monitoring system from the fines collected by the political subdivision as a result of violations enforced by the stop sign monitoring system; authorizing the use of stop sign monitoring systems within 100 feet of school bus stops in Prince George's County, if authorized by local law or, in the case of school bus stops located on State highways, the State Highway Administration; etc.
