Establishing the Post-Towing Procedure Workgroup to identify and examine issues relating to the establishment of statutory liens on motor vehicles that are towed or removed from privately owned parking lots under certain circumstances; and requiring the Workgroup to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by December 1, 2025.
