Establishing the Maryland Collaborative to Improve Children's Oral Health Through School-Based Programs to study and make recommendations on ways to improve school-based dental programs; and requiring the Collaborative to submit an interim report by December 1, 2025, and a final report on its findings and recommendations by October 1, 2026, to the Governor and the General Assembly.
