An Act To Amend Section 37-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize A School District To Employ A Nonlicensed Person To Teach In A Core Subject Area Whenever The District Is Unable To Secure A Qualified, Licensed Teacher For The Subject; To Require The Nonlicensed Teacher To Become Licensed Within Three Years Of Employment; To Limit The Maximum Number Of Nonlicensed Teachers That May Be Employed In A Single School; To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
