An Act To Amend Section 25-11-127, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Certain Members Of The Public Employees' Retirement System To Retire And Continue As A Member Of The Legislature, And Authorize Retired Members Of The Retirement System To Be Elected As A Member Of The Legislature, In The Same Manner As Authorized For Persons In Elected County Or Municipal Offices; To Amend Sections 25-11-105, 25-11-305, 5-1-41 And 5-1-47, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
