An Act To Require Publicly Funded Postsecondary Educational Institutions To Annually Provide Students Certain Information Upon A Student's Declaration Of A Major; To Provide That Information Shall Consist Of The Projected Duration Of The Degree Program, Associated Costs, Average Salary Of Individuals With Degrees In The Area Of Major Emphasis And Number Of Prospective Jobs Available In The Degree Area; To Require The Board Of Trustees Of State Institutions Of Higher Learning And The Mississippi Community College Board To Provide Assistance To The Postsecondary Educational Institutions Under Their Respective Jurisdiction In Order To Carry Out The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
