Legislative Summary
An Act To Direct The Mississippi Department Of Human Services To Submit An Amendment To The Mississippi Child Care Development Fund (ccdf) Plan To The Federal Government To Provide That Certain Parents Or Primary Caregivers Of Children Will Be Eligible For Child Care Services Under The Mississippi Child Care Payment Program (ccpp) And To Provide For An Appeal By A Child Care Provider Or The Child's Parent Or Primary Caregiver To The Attorney General Of The Denial Or Revocation Of Eligibility For A Child Care Certificate; To Direct The Department Of Human Services To Implement The Provisions Of The Plan Amendment In The Ccpp After The Amendment Is Approved; And For Related Purposes.
