An Act To Provide That The Gross Income Of Certain Mental Health Professionals Providing Mental Health Services In Critical Mental Health Services Shortage Areas Shall Not Include Income Derived From Providing Services In Such Areas To Low-income Individuals For Which Payment For Such Services Is Made Under The Provisions Of The Medicaid Program; To Amend Section 27-7-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
