An Act To Amend Section 51-13-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Directors Of The Tombigbee River Valley Water Management District To Transfer Kemper Lake To The Kemper County Board Of Supervisors; To Authorize The Board To Pay $40,000 For Costs Associated With Pavilion Repairs And Improvements To The Kemper County Board Of Supervisors; To Authorize The Kemper County Board Of Supervisors To Transfer Kemper Lake To Any Water Management District That Meets Certain Criteria Prescribed By The Board Of Supervisors, Upon The Terms And Conditions As It May Determine; And For Related Purposes.
