An Act To Amend Section 63-7-83, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Trucks, Trailers And Other Carriers With An Open Top Traveling Upon The Public Roadways Of Any Municipality Or County Within The State Of Mississippi While Transporting Certain Items To Be Equipped And Covered With A Tarpaulin, Canvas Or Other Top Covering To Secure The Transported Items From Escape; And For Related Purposes.
