An Act To Amend Section 25-61-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Where Any Public Body Is Preparing Or Conducting A Competitive Procurement, The Time Limitations For Production Shall Be Tolled Until The Public Body Determines It Will Not Issue The Procurement, Cancels The Procurement Or Issues A Notice Naming Its Intended Awardee; To Bring Forward Section 25-61-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
