An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Public Purchasing Law To Exempt Purchases Made By State Agencies Related To Museum Exhibits And Items For Display; To Provide The Agency To Report To The Chairs Of Certain Legislative Committees Each Year; To Amend Section 27-104-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt Any Personal Or Professional Services Contract Entered Into By An Agency For The Design, Operation Or Maintenance Of Museum Exhibits From Review And Approval By The Public Procurement Review Board; To Bring Forward Section 31-7-413, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
