An Act To Provide That The Secretary Of State Shall Designate Signature Verification Personnel To Perform All Duties Related To Absentee Ballot Envelope Signature Verification, Which Shall Be Performed In The Presence Of At Least Two (2) Official Observers; To Amend Sections 23-15-633, 23-15-641, 23-15-639, 23-15-687 And 23-15-631, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
