An Act To Amend Section 57-26-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "tourism Project" For Purposes Of The Tourism Project Sales Incentive Program Administered By The Mississippi Development Authority, To Delete The Provision Of Law Providing That The Term Does Not Include Any Licensed Gaming Establishment Owned, Leased Or Controlled By A Business, Corporation Or Entity Having A Gaming License Issued Under The Mississippi Gaming Control Act; To Bring Forward Sections 57-26-3, 57-26-5 And 57-26-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are Sections Of Law Relating To The Tourism Project Sales Tax Incentive Program Administered By The Mississippi Development Authority, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
