An Act To Amend Section 41-4-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide An Additional Power And Duty For The Department Of Mental Health; To Require The Department To Certify Privately-owned Mental Health Providers That Are Not A Part Of The Community Or Regional Mental Health Service Providers And Do Not Receive State Funding; To Provide That The Department May Waive Any Additional Requirements That Are Suitable For Regional And Community Mental Health Providers But Not For Privately-owned Mental Health Providers; And For Related Purposes.
