An Act To Amend Section 71-3-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That No State Employee, Who Is Insured Under The State And School Employees Life And Health Insurance Plan, Shall Be Removed From That Insurance Plan Solely Because The Employee Filed A Workers' Compensation Claim; To Provide That The Employer Of That Employee Shall Continue To Pay Its Portion Of The Employee's State And School Employees Life And Health Insurance Plan While That Employee Is Receiving Workers' Compensation; To Amend Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; To Bring Forward Sections 71-3-13 And 71-3-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
