An Act To Prohibit School Districts From Paying Any Funds To A Private Not-for-profit Corporation Or Organization Established To Regulate High School Activities Or Athletics After July 1, 2026; To Establish A Study Commission Empowered To Report On The Regulation Of High School Athletics And Activities And To Set Out The Composition Of The Commission's Membership; To Prescribe A Process Of Administrative Due Process And Appeals Of Such Decisions By The Private Not-for-profit Corporation Or Organization Against The Aggrieved Participating School; To Amend Section 37-7-301, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
