Clarke Mississippi Lottery Law; To Amend Section 67-1-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If The Holder Of A Package Retailer's Permit Is A Lottery Retailer Under The Alyce G. Clarke Mississippi Lottery Law, The Permit Holder May Sell Lottery Tickets; And For Related Purposes.
