An Act To Require The State Board Of Education To Create A Financial Literacy Curriculum To Be Implemented In Grades 6 Through 12 No Later Than The 2026-2027 School Year; To Require Passage Of A One-half Carnegie Unit Course In Financial Literacy As A Graduation Requirement For All Public School Students, Including Those In Charter Schools; To Establish The Financial Literacy Trust Fund In The State Treasury To Support Financial Literacy Education; To Require The State Board Of Education To Administer The Fund; To Amend Sections 37-7-301, 37-16-7 And 37-28-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
