An Act To Amend Section 23-15-361, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If Only One Person Has Duly Qualified To Be A Candidate For A Municipal Office In The General Election, The Municipal Election Commission Shall Declare That Person Elected Without Opposition And The Name Of That Person Shall Not Be Placed On The Ballot In Certain Situations; To Amend Section 23-15-309, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Make A Minor, Nonsubstantive Change; To Bring Forward Section 23-15-333, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides The Form Of The Ballot In County Primary Elections, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; To Bring Forward Section 23-15-359, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides The Form Of The Ballot In County General Elections, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
