An Act To Amend Section 57-75-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Sale Of Certain Sixteenth Section Mineral Interests To The Enterprises Owning Or Operating Certain Projects, Or To Authorize The Perpetual Waiver Of The Right To Use The Surface Of Such Sixteenth Section Lands For Exploration Or Production Of Minerals; To Amend Section 29-3-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide An Exception To The Reservation Of Minerals In, On And Under Certain Sixteenth Section Lands Conveyed For Industrial Development; And For Related Purposes.
