An Act To Reenact Sections 57-117-1 Through 57-117-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are The Mississippi Health Care Industry Zone Act; To Amend Section 57-117-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On The Mississippi Health Care Industry Zone Act; To Amend Section 27-31-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Date Of The Reverter On The Statute Authorizing Counties And Municipalities To Grant An Ad Valorem Tax Exemption To Health Care Industry Facilities; To Amend Section 27-31-104, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Date Of The Reverter On The Statute Authorizing Counties And Municipalities To Grant A Fee-in-lieu Of Ad Valorem Taxes To Qualified Businesses Under The Mississippi Health Care Industry Zone Act Which Meet Minimum Criteria Established By The Mississippi Development Authority; To Amend Section 27-65-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, As Amended By House Bill No. 1644, 2025 Regular Session, To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On The Provision Of Law That Exempts From Sales Taxation Sales Of Materials Used In The Construction Of, Or Addition Or Improvements To, A Health Care Industry Facility; And For Related Purposes.
