An Act To Impose The Requirement Of Procuring A Wild Turkey Stamp Before Hunting Wild Turkeys In The State Of Mississippi; To Provide Exemptions From The Requirement; To Establish The Fee For Resident And Nonresident Hunters; To Provide For The Furnishing Of The Stamp; To Set Penalties For Violations; To Provide That All Revenue From The Proceeds Of Stamps Shall Be Deposited Into The Fisheries And Wildlife Fund, And To Provide The Objectives For Which Such Revenue May Be Used And Expended; To Authorize The Commission On Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks To Enter Into Agreements With Other State, Federal Or Nongovernmental Entities To Execute Such Objectives; And For Related Purposes.
