An Act To Repeal Section 25-53-171, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Establishes The Mississippi Wireless Communication Commission Under The Mississippi Department Of Information Technology Services; To Create Section 33-15-57, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Establish The Mississippi Wireless Communication Commission Under The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency; To Amend Section 33-15-14, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Overseeing The Mississippi Wireless Communication Commission Within The Duties Of The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency; To Amend Section 33-15-307, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Mema To Obtain A Line Of Credit Through The State Treasury From The Working Cash-stabilization Fund Or Any Other Special Sources Fund In An Amount Not To Exceed $10,000,000.00 In One Fiscal Year To Fund Shortfalls; To Provide That The Loans Shall Be Received By The State Treasurer And Placed Into The Disaster Trust Fund Account; To Require That Loan Funds Shall Be Expended Following The State Match Required By Fema For Other Needs Assistance Awards During Federally Declared Disasters; And For Related Purposes.
