An Act To Amend Section 43-11-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Maximum Number And Percentage Of Residents In A Personal Care Home Who May Continue Residing In The Personal Care Home Regardless Of A Determination By The State Department Of Health That Skilled Nursing Services Would Be Appropriate For The Residents, To Four Residents Or 20% Of The Total Number Of Residents In The Facility, Whichever Is Greater; And For Related Purposes.
