An Act To Amend Sections 41-3-15 And 41-23-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Orders Issued By The State Health Officer To Direct And Control Sanitary And Quarantine Measures For Dealing With All Diseases Within The State Possible To Suppress Same And Prevent Their Spread Must Be Approved By The Governor Before They Are Released To The Public; And For Related Purposes.
