An Act To Alter The School District Boundaries Lines Of Two School Districts Impacted By The John C. Stennis Space Center Buffer Zone, To Return The Area Of The Buffer Zone To The School District Of The County Wherein The Space Center Is Located; To Amend Sections 37-7-103 And 37-7-113, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; To Amend Section 37-7-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide A Course Of Judicial Review For Parties Aggrieved By The Alteration Of The School District Boundary Lines; To Bring Forward Sections 37-7-201, 37-7-203, 37-7-204, 37-7-207, 37-7-208, 37-7-209, 37-7-211, 37-7-215, 37-7-217 And 37-7-219, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relate To The Selection, Election And Qualification Of School Board Members And Other Related Provisions, For Purposes Of Possible Amendments; And For Related Purposes.
