An Act To Require Carbon Monoxide Detectors In All Public And Nonpublic Schools In Mississippi; To Authorize And Direct The State Fire Marshal To Provide Requirements For Testing And Inspecting Carbon Monoxide Detection And Warning Equipment Installed In Public Or Nonpublic School Buildings; To Provide That This Act Shall Not Apply To Buildings Whose Sole Educational Use Is For Home Instruction Programs; And For Related Purposes.
