Legislative Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-12-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Department Of Human Services To Establish Or Use A Combination Of Reporting Systems Under 7 Cfr Section 273.12(a)(5); To Provide That Such Combination Shall Be Set By The Department; To Require The Department To Provide, By September 1 Of Each Year, A Written Report On The Rationale, Application And Effectiveness Of A Combined Reporting System, Including The Effect On Snap Program Enrollment And The Effect On The Department Of Human Services' "error Rate" As Calculated By The Food And Nutrition Service Of The United States Department Of Agriculture; And For Related Purposes.
