An Act To Direct The State Department Of Health, In Partnership With The Division Of Aging And Adult Services And Other Entities, To Incorporate In Its Existing Public Health Outreach Programs, In Nonclinical Terms, Information About Brain Health, Dementia Risk Reduction, Alzheimer's Disease And Other Dementias To Increase Public Understanding And Awareness While Prioritizing Populations At Greater Risk Of Developing Alzheimer's Disease And Other Dementias; To Educate Health Care Providers On The Importance Of Risk Reduction, Early Detection, Timely Diagnosis Of Cognitive Impairment, Validated Assessment Tools, Medicare Care Planning Billing Code, Effective Care Planning And Available Treatments; And For Related Purposes.
