An Act To Amend Section 25-11-123, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Counties And Municipalities Shall Not Be Responsible For Paying Employer Contributions In The Public Employees' Retirement System Of Mississippi (pers) Above The Amount Calculated Based On The Rate Set On July 1, 2024; To Provide That The Responsibility For Any Contributions Over Said Amount Shall Be Borne By The State Of Mississippi; And For Related Purposes.
