A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 57-02 and a new subsection to section 57-38-30.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a property tax credit for property used as a primary residence and calculation of individual income tax based on general fund revenues; to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 57-38-30.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the imposition of a flat income tax rate for individuals, estates, and trusts; to provide an effective date; and to provide an expiration date.
