AN ACT relating to education; requiring the Department of Education to develop age-appropriate curriculum standards for teaching the awareness and prevention of sexual abuse to pupils; requiring the instruction of pupils in personal safety to include dangers of physical and sexual abuse; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
