Requires hospitals to establish a violence prevention program consistent with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services conditions of participation regarding emergency events and the workplace violence standards of any accrediting organization by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under which such hospital maintains accreditation.
