SB33: Expand tax deduction for 529 education savings plans
Legislative Summary
To amend sections 3735.65, 3735.66, 3735.671, 3735.672, 3735.673, 3735.68, 3735.69, 5709.631, 5709.82, 5709.85, 5747.01, 5747.10, and 5747.70 of the Revised Code to modify the law governing community reinvestment areas and to expand the income tax deduction allowed for contributions to Ohio's 529 education savings plans to include contributions to 529 plans established by other states.
