to permit such a licensee to teach preschool; to revise the Ohio Teacher Residency Program as it exists beginning on April 12, 2023; to require one day of professional development leave each school year for classroom teachers to observe veteran teachers; to enact the Save Women's Sports Act to require schools to designate separate single-sex teams and sports for each sex; to make changes to the home education and non-chartered nonpublic school law; to prohibit schools from discriminating based on COVID-19 vaccination status; and to permit the General Assembly to invalidate or rescind rules adopted by the Director of Education and Workforce.
