SB202: Repeal parental consent requirements for web sites

To repeal section 1349.09 of the Revised Code and to repeal Section 803.380 of H.B. 33 of the 135th General Assembly to repeal the requirement that operators of online web sites, services, and products that target children under age 16 obtain parental consent.
