HB447: Regards property tax exemptions, restrictions and land value

Legislative Summary

To amend sections 319.301, 323.151, 323.152, 323.153, 323.156, 3317.01, 4503.064, 4503.065, 4503.066, 4503.068, and 5715.01 of the Revised Code to modify and expand property tax homestead exemptions, to gradually reduce school districts' 20-mill floor, and to modify the formula for determining farmland's current agricultural use value.
